One Link Sign-Up has now been migrated from Sheets to Google Tables. All your data can be kept in a single sheet, while you can still store your own notes outside the tables in the same spreadsheet.
The web app setup has also been simplified, so you can get a basic sign-up web app up and running in about 2 minutes.
