One Link Sign-up support

1. Chrome displays "Sorry, unable to open the file at this time". Why?

This happens when a Chrome browser has multiple log-in Google accounts.

On mobile device, there is no need to remove any Google accounts. Instead, go to Chrome setting, click on the Google account and select Sign out . Open your web app link, One Tap or clicking the sign-in button will display the list of Google accounts in your device for signing in. Try the bottom Google account on the list. If it does not work, repeat the steps on another Google account until you find the Google account that works.

On desktop Chrome, click on the Google account icon and sign-out of all accounts. Open your web app link and sign in to only one account.

2. How can non-Google account users sign up?

Data is stored in the host's Google Sheet. For data security, OLS does not request or store signers' IDs and passwords. Instead, OLS uses Google accounts for signer authentication. Signers with non-Google email addresses can create a free Google account using their non-Google email addresses. This Google account will allow signers to access all other Google web apps.

3. Why is my web app not working after changing the configuration?

The previous sign-up data may not work with your new configuration. Please delete or correct the previous sign-up data to match your new configuration.

4. How can I get support?

The add-on menu has a function called "Contact Developer" that you can use to contact us. You can also email us at spcsoft.solutions@gmail.com when you have screenshots to report issues.
