Comfort Attendance Setup

These steps are for Comfort Attendance web app setup.

1. Choose one of the following options to prepare an attendance spreadsheet:

  ✅ Option 1 – Generate a Basic Attendance Sheet (First-time Users)

  • Open a new spreadsheet. It will have format and data generated in next step.    

  ✅ Option 2 – Copy from Free Templates (Advanced Users)

      Click a template below to copy and move to the folder that you want.  

  ✅ Option 3 – Buy Formatted Templates to Support Developer (Recommended)
  ✅ Option 4 – Use Your Existing Attendance Sheet (For Experienced Users)
  • Open your existing attendance spreadsheet. 
  • You will need to enter the configuration which matches your sheet.

2. Setting Up the Web App on the Attendance Sheet 
  • Go to Extensions > Set up web app. Follow the instructions on sidebar to complete the web app. The steps with 📷 screenshots are in Comfort Attendance web app setup procedures.

  • Use the link in the sidebar to open up the attendance web page from desktop or mobile browser. 

  • Try out the demo data and the Configure web app function to customize your own attendance sheet.

    • On the web page, click on the name to toggle the statuses which are defined in the configuration.  
    • Check the update on the attendance sheet.
  • From the attendance page, clickto share or copy the URL.
